Concerns And Complaints
Virtue are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our members and continually strives to improve. We welcome feedback from our members and have an open door policy regarding concerns and complaints. If you have a concern or complaint we want to hear about it and deal with the situation quickly and efficiently.
Concerns or complaints about matters of child protection or coaching matters should always be made directly to the Virtue Welfare team.
Concerns or complaints about finance or administration should be made to the office management team.

All concerns and complaints will be acknowledged and dealt with promptly.
