We understand how important it is to respect, value and celebrate our differences and work hard to ensure all members with us feels represented and included.
Our aim is to create a family where our members can bring their whole selves to to our club. Whilst this is simply the right thing to do, it’s also the best thing to do – as we know when people feel they belong here, they perform better too.
We know education and awareness is key in helping us achieve this, so we have an inclusion training programme for all staff. As well as annual fundraisers for charities close to our hearts we also promote education, donations and recourses across our social bios.
There are many diverse cultural, celebration and awareness events throughout the year that are great opportunities for us and our members to learn more about the moments and things that matter to us all, so we incorporate them into our home as well as into our training programs as much as possible.
Participation of trans people policy
Failure to adhere to club policies will result in disciplinary action and may lead to suspension or exclusion from the club. Virtue reserve the right to remove or refuse membership to any one who fails to adhere to club policies.
