RISK

UNDERSTANDING RISK

Due to the nature of our activities, by attending a session you are aware and willingly assume that the possibility of injury does exist (including falls, sprains, strains, broken bones and even death). As part of the classes at Virtue, members will participate in vigorous athletic activity. In an effort to make the sport as safe as it can be, the staff will instruct all members concerning the necessary rules. It is vital that members follow the coach’s skill instructions, training rules and all club policies in order to decrease the possibility of injury. We advise our members not to practice skill at home. By attending a Virtue class, it is deemed that you assume and accept all risks associated with such participation. If injury does occur refunds are not applicable.

INJURY POLICY

If an injury was sustained either in the gym or out of the gym we can cancel the member’s space if requested, but the place will be offered to the waiting list. When the member is ready to return, we will endeavour to find the next available place to enable them to return to their normal class.
