young leaders

At Virtue we are proud to host our young volunteer program in partnership with British Gymnastics. Our young volunteers are all aged 12 – 16 years and commit to 2 hours every week. We offer all our young leaders a specialist training program and valuable work experience under our BG academy program.

Maleah
Maleah was initially a self taught gymnast before she joined us as a member of our club squad. She trains numerous hours a week on all four pieces: bars, beam, floor and vault to a high standard. We are very much looking forward to Maleah passing her knowledge onto our younger members.

Millie
Millie started gymnastics at only 7 years old and swiftly moved over to our aerobics squad. She is keen to become a coach when she leaves school so has started her young leader journey and is keen to pass on her knowledge to our younger gymnasts. With a background in gymnastics, trampolining and drama she is sure to bring all the fun!

Maddie
Maddie has been with Virtue since she was only 4 years old! It has been a pleasure to watch her growth within the club. From general gymnastics to tumble to aerobics squad she has climbed the ranks and learnt sooooo much along the way. We are super excited to see her volunteer journey, the kids love her already!

Josiah
Josiah; our incredibly skilled team member who's a three-time Nova City champ! With a wealth of knowledge under his belt and a passion for parkour, he brings both skill and energy to everything he does. His love for parkour keeps the team inspired and moving forward.

Amira
As a squad gymnast herself since a young age, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our program. In addition to her expertise, Amria consistently brings an amazing big sister energy to our classes, creating a supportive and encouraging environment for everyone.

Daniel
Daniel has been training in freestyle since the age of 9, demonstrating dedication and passion from a young age. In his free time, he also runs his own D & D campaign, showcasing his creativity and leadership skills. Daniel volunteers at a local preschool, where he proves to be fantastic with kids, his positive attitude and ability to connect with others make a real difference.

Moses
Moses, our resident jokester and parkour pro! Always cracking jokes and bringing good vibes, Moses has been flipping and jumping his way through life forever — so much so that he’s now a proud member of our competitive parkour team. He’s passionate about sharing his skills and can't wait to pass on his ninja knowledge to our younger ninjas.
